Description:  As part of our Continuous Assurance Programme, we are deploying an Enterprise-grade Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) across our hosting infrastructure. This upgrade ensures we continue to exceed Te Whatu Ora’s HISF security standards.

Expected Impact: Users may experience a brief interruption (up to 10 minutes) if attempting to access our webforms or the Patient Dashboard during this 60-minute window. No technical action is required from your clinic.

Affected Services: Procon 3, 4, & 5 (Patient Dashboard, Tuku, Best Start).

Impact: We are performing a scheduled upgrade to our DNS and domain infrastructure to enhance security. Users may experience brief connectivity interruptions of 5–10 minutes during this window.
